Employee of the Week - Amy Baynes

Amy Baynes is currently serving her 5th year as an ITRT for Pittsylvania County Schools. Before becoming an ITRT, Amy served as an Instructional Mathematics Coach and began her education career as a middle school math teacher.
Amy enjoys sharing her passion for technology with teachers on a daily basis and loves seeing the excitement that technology offers to student learning. Amy loves working in the field of education and technology because each day offers new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact!
When Amy is not assisting with technology, she can be found on her family farm with her husband Elliot, and her 2 girls, Eden and Ava. She enjoys taking care of the many horses on her farm as well as sharing her love of the outdoors with her girls!
