Employee of the Week - Jennifer Breedlove

Cheerful, courteous, and kind….
These are just a few words to describe this week’s EOTW: Mrs. Jennifer Breedlove, Executive Administrative Assistant for the Support Services Department.
Mrs. Breedlove hails from Pittsylvania County and is a proud graduate of Gretna High School. After an early career in the private industry, she returned to her alma mater in 2014, serving as the Attendance Clerk in a busy high school office.
In January 2022, she transitioned to her current role of Executive Administrative Assistant with the Support Services team where her excellent communication and organizational skills have proved invaluable. Colleagues in the department stated it best:
Mrs. Breedlove’s dedication to her work shines through in everything she does! She is always willing to step in, help others, and go the extra mile - and does so with an upbeat, positive attitude. Somehow, she always knows just the right time to fix that extra cup of coffee to help someone get through the day. She has improved all areas of our operations!
When not managing the daily activities of the busy ECC Building, Mrs. Breedlove enjoys time at home with her family. She is an avid reader, enjoys trying new recipes, and listening to music of all kinds. Facetiming with her sister, Joanie, is also a favorite activity.
Mrs. Breedlove and husband, Jeremy, share three beautiful children: Abigail (15), Brayden (13), and Leah (13), a cat named Ally, and two precious Morkie Poos (Brody and Cooper) - both of which have been known to visit the ECC building on occasion.
