Employee of the Week - Darlene Cornell

Mt. Airy is pleased to announce that Mrs. Darlene Cornell has been chosen as Employee of the Week. Mrs. Cornell is beginning her eighth year at Mt. Airy. She currently is the administrative assistant/bookkeeper and previously worked as an instructional aide. In addition to being a phenomenal administrative assistant and bookkeeper, Mrs. Cornell is always positive and encouraging to students, staff, and visitors. She takes a special interest in all of our students and her contagious smile is often just what it takes to get a student’s day off to the right start!
Mrs. Cornell lives in Gretna with her husband and daughter. She has three daughters and four grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them all.
