Employee of the Week - Darryl Blackwell

Mr. Blackwell has been a part time custodian for almost a year and has become a phenomenal asset to the students, staff and to the administration. Mr. Blackwell is a team player and takes value in a good day’s work. Mr. Blackwell lives in Danville, is married to his wife Chenise Blackwell. Mr. Blackwell worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 27 years, where he retired. Mr. Blackwell always keeps busy and enjoys spending time helping others.
Mr. Blackwell enjoys bowling, playing cornhole, and he loves watching Dallas Cowboy football.
Custodians are the backbone of our schools and Mr. Blackwell feels it is his responsibility to make the school look its best at all times for all visitors and parents. Mr. Blackwell’s personality make him a joy to have on the PCTC team. “I love my job, students, and staff at PCTC.”
