Annual Student Leader Forum

Pittsylvania County Schools held its annual Student Leaders Forum on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Students from all four high schools, including Student Representatives and representatives from grades 9 through 12, gathered at the School Board Office’s ECC Auditorium, accompanied by high school principals, administrators, and School Board members.
The forum began with team building activities designed to foster collaboration and set an engaging tone for the day. Students then engaged in open discussions with Division Superintendent Mr. Steven Mayhew on a range of important topics, including cell phone use in schools, dress code policy, remote learning versus makeup days, academic schedules, school safety, athletics, and more.
