Union Hall Elementary School is pleased to announce that Mrs. Caren Thompson, a teacher of exceptional services, has been selected as Employee of the Week.
In 2019, Mrs. Thompson began teaching at UHES. She is a native of Connecticut and received her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State and her Masters of Education from Eastern Connecticut State.
She is married to Scott Thompson, a retired Navy pilot and an aviation professor for Averett University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs and paddle boarding.
She enjoys teaching the students and helping them to succeed. She is always willing to help her fellow teachers. She is efficient with all tasks and goes above and beyond to support the students and others at the school.
The school is fortunate to have Mrs. Caren Thompson.
