United Way

The School Division collected $11,238.53 for the Danville United Way this fall. Appreciation is expressed to all staff for your generous donations. Also, special thanks to Mr. Cedric Hairston for coordinating the United Way drive this year. Each year we recognize the largest contributions and per-capita for each level. 

They are as follows: Kentuck Elementary School – Largest Total Contributions and Largest Per Capita, Elementary Schools, Dan River Middle School - Largest Total Contributions and Largest Per Capita, Middle Schools, Tunstall High School - Largest Total Contributions and Largest Per Capita, High Schools, and Central Office - Largest Total Contributions and Largest Per Capita, Other. Chatham Elementary School received the “Sky Rocket” award for the largest growth in contributions from 2018-2019 to 2019-2020
