Educators Collaborate on Training During PD Day

On November 4th, Pittsylvania County Schools held its Division Professional Development Day. Schools and various departments offered multiple PD events throughout the day. One of our departments, the Support Services SLPs, partnered with the Training & Technical Assistance Centers (TTAC) to provide hands-on training for preschool and special education staff on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). It’s inspiring to see so many educators collaborating to ensure every student’s voice is heard!
