Chatham Elementary HVAC & Window Replacement: Advertisement and Specifications for Bids | Bidding Documents | Addendum No. 1 | Addendum No. 2
Pittsylvania County School Board will receive sealed bids for the Chatham Elementary HVAC and Window Replacement Project. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. November 06, 2025 at the School Board Office, 39 Bank Street SE, Chatham, VA 24531.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid.
A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, shall be required for the faithful performance of the Contract.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the receipt of bids without written consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process and to make as a whole or any part of the work that is most advantageous to the School System.
