Tuition Assistance Request Form 2025-2026
•
Tuition assistance is only available for Virginia licensed employees
•
Please submit the request PRIOR to enrolling/starting the course
•
If you do not complete or decide to drop a course, please notify Lisa Parker so the funding can be updated
•
Deadline for all reimbursement requests is June 1st of each school year
•

Tuition Assistance - College Course
•
Complete a request for tuition assistance and send to Lisa Parker
•
Upon completion of the course, send proof of payment and a transcript (unofficial is acceptable)
•
A reimbursement request will be submitted to Accounts Payable (processed 2X/month)
•
Maximum reimbursement is $700 for tuition only - excludes cost of textbooks and fees (i.e. registration, student, activity, etc.)
•
A request can be submitted for one course per period (Summer, Fall and Spring)
Tuition Assistance - Subject Praxis Assessment
•
Tuition assistance is only available for subject praxis assessments, not the Teaching Reading assessment
•
Complete a request for tuition assistance and send to Lisa Parker
•
Upon passing the praxis assessment, send proof of payment and the praxis score report
•
A reimbursement request will be submitted to Accounts Payable (processed 2X/month)
•
A Praxis assessment is the same as a college course, therefore you can not request assistance for a college course and a praxis assessment during the same period (summer, fall, and spring)
