- Be part of a family with low income and/or other stressors
EXCEL Eligibility Criteria
- Child must turn 4 by September 30, 2024
- Child must live in Pittsylvania County
- Be part of a family with low income and/or other stressors
EXCEL is a needs-based program, and as such, acceptance must meet the requirements noted above. Classrooms begin to fill in May for the following school year - with applicants most in need of services given priority - until funded slots for each classroom are full.
