Kenneth Thomas of the Central Office

The School Board Office is pleased to announce that Mr. Kenneth Thomas has been selected as the “Employee of the Week.” Mr. Thomas has worked for Pittsylvania County Schools for 11½ years. He began at Stony Mill Elementary School as a part-time custodian and presently serves as the custodian at the Central Office.

Mr. Thomas is very dependable and always willing to help out and assist whenever needed. He takes pride in his work and is very conscientious in making sure that the buildings are in tip top shape.

In talking with Mr. Thomas, you will find that he enjoys doing small jobs around the house as well as gardening and cooking. Just ask him for his recipe for cornbread!

The School Board Office is very fortunate to have Mr. Thomas as part of the staff. We appreciate all that he does and express congratulations to him on being named the “Employee of the Week.”
