Robin Capps of Dan River High

Dan River High School is pleased to recognize Robin Capps as the employee of the week. 

Mrs. Capps has been married to her husband, Eddie, for 18 years and she has two sons, Tyler and Justin.  Mrs. Capps has served as Dan River High School’s cafeteria manager for 15 years. 

In addition to the many dedicated hours she puts into her job, she stays busy outside of work as well.  She fills her weekends with the excitement of rooting for her husband and son, Tyler, while they race circle track, as well as supporting Justin while he participates in the Pittsylvania County youth football program and races go-karts. 

Mrs. Capps says that she is fortunate to work with so many wonderful people at Dan River High School.  She wants to thank her helpful staff in the cafeteria, as well as the entire faculty and staff of the school for making her job so enjoyable.

 “We all work together so well, we are like family here,”  Mrs. Capps says.  She and her staff have worked extra hard to get the newly renovated cafeteria running smoothly.  “We love our new kitchen," she adds.
