The Support Services Department is pleased to announce that Mr. Jim Tolbert has been chosen as the "Employee of the Week".  The entire staff would like to congratulate Mr. Tolbert on this much deserved recognition.

Mr. Tolbert has served Pittsylvania County Schools as a home school coordinator/attendance officer for the past 12 years.  He taught special education at Gretna High School for four years prior to home school coordination.
 
He is the father of four boys: James, Carey, Luke, and Andrew.  He is married to Patricia Tolbert.

Mr. Tolbert graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and acquired his Master’s degree from Duquense University.
 
Mr. Tolbert enjoys organic gardening, reading, and is an avid sports fan.
