Geraldine Walker of Tunstall Middle

“I am greatly humbled by my selection as employee of the week” -- Geraldine Walker

Tunstall Middle School recognizes Geraldine Walker on her selection as Employee of the Week.  As an administrative assistant (bookkeeper) she enjoys her interaction with the students and faculty.  “I am greatly humbled by my selection as employee of the week” says Mrs. Walker. 

Mrs. Walker has been married to her husband, Eddie, for 38 years.  They have one daughter, Angelia, and a granddog named Mandy.  She is a member of Sharon Baptist Church where she serves as Junior Church instructor. 

She is an active member of Pittsylvania County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) serving as the executive administrative assistant, instructor for adult CERT and upcoming Teen CERT classes, and an amateur radio operator (Ham).  She is also a board member of Brosville Volunteer Fire Department and helps with fundraisers and the Support Group.
