(Click on the screen images to display a detailed image)

Step 1 - Click on the  “Search using a Street Name” tab to begin your search for an address.

Step 2 - In the boxes labeled Street Number and Street Name, enter the address you want to find.
Do not include the type of street in the Street Name (types of streets are Rd, Ln, Dr, etc.).  Click OK.

Step 3 - If the address is not accepted, use the Valid Street Name link to find the correct spelling.  Contact the IT department if the Street Name is not in the Valid Street Name list.  If the address is accepted, a drop-down box of street types that exist for that Street Name will appear beneath the Street Name.  Select the Street Type.

Step 4- A map will pop-up with an arrow pointing to the address.
Choose the "Data Drill
button" to Drill Down  (the second blue button under the map).
Your cursor will become a hand symbol when positioned over the map.

Step 5-  Place the hand so that it is pointing to the address and click the left mouse
 button.
Look for the Elementary, Middle and High school data for that address
in the listing  that appears to the left of the map.

Step 6-  Look for the Elementary, Middle and High school data for that address in the listing
that appears to the left of the map. This corresponds to the zones associated with the  point that you
clicked on the map not necessarily the arrow position.

The "Street Look Up function" just finds the address
location on the map then you must use the "Drill Down" option to determine the zones.
