Red line is the eDan fiber that is a GigE backbone for our WAN.
The blue hashed circles are 1 radii regions around each Fire stations and
rescue squads (potential hotspots). The bold red line is 38 miles of
fiber from the POP in Danville to the PCS NOC and on to a Gretna NOC.
Lateral are planned to PCS school and county facilities providing GigE
service 9 sites. The blue lines are 100 Mbps microwave ( 43 Mbps full
duplex), The trunk link from White Oak to the NOC is 200 Mbps(100 Mbps full
duplex) that act as a redundant failover system for all but the Tunstall
region. Edge network connections from regional nodes are 11 Mbps Alvarion systems.
