New Work Order System
The web-based work order system for requesting
Information Technology assistance has been updated.
This new format is designed to allow more
interaction between the technician and staff. Staff
members using this new system will now receive
e-mail notification that the work order has been
entered into the system as well as follow up e-mails
informing them of the status of their work order.
Additionally, this new system will route the work
order request to the appropriate technician who can
then directly contact staff should questions arise.

Military Families |
In nearly every community in Virginia, there are
children with parents or guardians on active duty
with the armed forces. In fact, Virginia leads the
nation – with nearly 80,000 – in the number of
students with military ties. Virginia's public
schools are committed to the care and education of
the children these brave men and women have left
behind. VDOE, in collaboration with a number
of military authorities, provides resources
concerning children of mobilized military personnel
for families and educators. (More)
