Masonry provides instruction and practice in the art of laying brick, and other materials requiring mortar, or other bonding agents. Students will learn to use, care for, and the handling of safety tools, machines, equipment, and materials commonly used in the masonry trade.

This will involve laying brick, building arches, columns, and planning and building fireplaces, and chimneys. The student will learn to read blue prints and interpret all symbols that relate to the masonry construction in a building.
