Gretna Middle School celebrated National
School Lunch Week "Let's Grow Healthy" The goals were to educate students on where food comes from, and promote farm to school and locally grown foods. We had watermelons, grape tomatoes, cabbage, and apples all grown in the Hillsville and Martinsville area. We had daily prizes and a wonderful treat on fFiday. Miss Amber Short sang "American Honey" for our school. Amber is a student in 6th grade here at GMS! |
