For Elementary Schools (i.e. no schedules):

Helpful Hints

  • ALWAYS change a student's teacher or grade from Enrollment History

  • Fill out your school address in the School atom. The City, State and Zip will be used to automatically fill in your student addresses when you add a student. This data will be the same for many students enrolled at your school; however, you can change it wherever necessary. 

  • When enrolling a new student or changing an address on a student, change the address tab from Mailing Address to Residence Address.  When you enter the Residence Address first, it will automatically update the Mailing Address with the same address if the two addresses matched.
