Mission

The administration and faculty of the Pittsylvania County/Danville City Regional Alternative School have a unique opportunity to make a great impact in the lives of the students who enter this building.

We not only serve an academic need for our students, but we also serve their behavioral needs. We will contribute in a very different way to help our students reach goals and earn self assurance as well as realize that each one of them has unlimited potential to achieve positive results.

Our mission is to assure that each student who enters RAS gains both academically and behaviorally and leaves with a plan for academic and behavioral success.
